1. Begin installing a Snap.
There should be a Getting Started Card listing 4 easy steps in your box. If you can’t find yours, not to worry, just click on: www.InstallSnap.com and click DOWNLOAD.
2. Learn about setup.
For this purpose, there are a series of very short video’s to watch. Just click on: www.InstallSnap.com/HowTo You’ll see just how easy setup is with no configuring
work and no IT support or technical skill required.
3. Change your Snap mates list.
Just press the TELEPHONE button under the speaker to display the Control page that contains all your Snap mate information. Then you can make changes.
4. Resolve issues during your Snap installation.
Free technical support is available 8 to 5 Pacific Time Monday through Friday, except national holidays. When communicating with us, it is necessary to provide your Snap serial number, located on the back of the unit. Please contact us via whichever is the most convenient method:

5. Get assistance with firewall-related problems.
We use standard web protocols and respect firewalls. The Snap Communicator should operate reliably in the vast majority of cases, but if you are having problems, please do the following: Right click on the bird (Toucan) in the sys tray (lower right of your screen). This will launch a page. Check the box, then use TCP to transverse the firewall. If you can get to web pages, this should work. If still having problems, please call our technical support team: 415.223.4900 x120.
6. Return a defective Snap Communicator.
Please ship the unit with a note explaining the problem to our corporate headquarters: Toucan Global, 3053 Fillmore St., Suite 248, San Francisco, CA 94123.
